| A restructuring was agreed in August 2006 in relation to brewmaxx GmbH & Co. KG,
the former joint venture company of ProLeit AG and Huppmann AG. ProLeit acquired the 50% shareholding of Huppmann AG and therefor now owns 100% of brewmaxx's shares. brewmaxx GmbH & Co. KG has been integrated into the ProLeiT AG company structure and the brewmaxx system family will continue to be marketed under a registered trademark for use in breweries and malthouses. |
